PACKAGE: Up to £45,000 plus 15% bonus and 25 days plus bank holidays.

EMPLOYER: Our client are a market leading supplier of high quality interior products with a superb reputation.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Training Manager: Reporting to the Marketing Director, the role is instrumental in the company's showroom strategy moving forward, however the individual still needs to be able to relate to installers. The main focus of this role is to manage, coordinate and implement a company training plan for external and internal staff. Also, to maintain and develop the commercial link between Marketing and the Sales and Customer Service teams. Other responsibilities include the creation of annual training programme al all levels for internal and external in-line with company objectives and following key areas of brand communication, product, sales training and product technical training and ensuring all new hires are at the required knowledge level by the end of their probation, There will also be a need to develop and lead an internal training programme, organise training events, manage training budgets, produce monthly reports on training and support marketing team with online training information for social media.

LOCATION: Office based in West London so candidates should live near to Heathrow, Harlington, Hounslow or Bedfont.

CANDIDATE: We are seeking a structured and commercially astute individual who is used to working in a fast-paced environment and who can travel overseas for training sessions and is happy spending time away from home. This person should come from either a sales, marketing, training or technical background within the bathroom, kitchens or white goods market.
