Package: On offer is a basic salary up to£40,000 plus bonus up to £10000 as well as company car, phone, laptop, pension and 25 days holiday

Job Description: Regional Sales Manager - Our client is looking for candidates who would take control of a well developed region managing a number of Business Development Manager selling bathroom products to merchants, retailers and buying groups. The successful candidate will be required to look after a number of loyal Key Accounts in the retail and merchant sector whist also managing the existing sales team on a day to day basis. Whilst the main focus of this team is dealing the retailers, merchants and buying groups there will be a small amount of time spent dealing with local developers and contractors to maximise sales.

Location: Midlands -Shropshire, Northamptonshire, Leicestershire, Cambridgeshire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Central Wales, West Midlands, Staffordshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire

Candidate: To be considered for this role you must have experience dealing with national merchants and buying groups at office level as well as experience of managing a sales team. Ideally candidates will come from a bathroom or related background however candidates from other building product backgrounds with the right experience and contacts will be considered.
