PACKAGE: A basic salary of up to £40k plus uncapped bonus - the average Business Development Manager is earning £10k. Other benefits include company car, mobile, laptop, large pension contribution and additional company benefits.

EMPLOYER: A well established leading specialist manufacturer of energy-saving heating products with a fantastic name and reputation in the sector.

JOB DESCRIPTION: As Business Development Manager covering London & South East, you will be responsible for planning your day effectively and organising meetings with clients for potential sales opportunities. The role will involve developing business via specification with Main Contractors (50%), M&E Consultants and Contractors (25% each), partnering with key merchants in supplying a full range of trench heating, low surface temperature radiators and designer radiators - working on a range of commercial projects, predominantly Schools, Hospitals and Residential Homes.

LOCATION: London & Northern Home Counties - North London, Essex, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Middlesex and Berkshire.

CANDIDATE: Our client is looking for an experienced HVAC/Heating & Plumbing sales professional with a dynamic and motivated attitude. Experience within the commercial building services sector is a must as this is a strong territory for them- exposure in dealing with Merchants, contractors or M&E. contractors is a must. You must be confident, engaging and able to deliver presentations at a high level.
