EMPLOYER: Our client are a market leading manufacturer of building products used with in the civil engineering sector.

PACKAGE: Up to £45k basic plus £10k bonus, Company Car, Pension, Laptop, Mobile, Holiday package.

JOB DESCRIPTION: The role is very much cradle to grave, focusing on securing specifications via architects, civil engineers and consultants before investing time to defend this specification and tracking the project through to completion on site. This will involve liaising with groundwork, civil's and piling contractors across the territory.

LOCATION: South East covering - London, Kent, Surrey, East Sussex and West Sussex.

CANDIDATE: We are seeking a candidate with a sound understanding, experience and ability in specification selling, tracking and managing the specification process from initially getting in front of a Specifier with a Project/CPD, writing the specification, then dealing with Architect/Engineer/Main or Sub Contractor/Civils or Groundwork Contractor and closing the deal, often on site. Though product is not key the candidate will need to have sold a technical heavyside product, have the ability to understand technical drawings and ideally have a good all-round understanding of the construction process.
