PACKAGE: Up to £40,000 plus 15% Bonus, Company Car, Mobile Phone and Laptop, Pension, 25 Days Holidays and Bank Holidays

EMPLOYER: Our client are a market leading manufacturer or PVC-U & PVC-UE roofline and cladding products. They form part of a larger Group which provides a wide range of fascia boards, soffits, drainpipes, window boards, cladding and window trims.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Business Development Manager - a real focus here with be targeted towards winning new business specifically selling to builders merchants, as well as end users, house builders, local authorities, housing associations, architects and contractors. With a large distribution base of client in this territory, you will be responsible for managing these and developing sales growth. Product focus will lie with a wide range of UPVC building plastics such as guttering, drainpipes, cladding, window boards.

LOCATION: Field based covering West Midlands and Wales including Staffordshire, Derbyshire, Shropshire, Warwickshire, Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire

CANDIDATE: The successful candidate must be a clear performer and someone who demonstrates success with confidence. A real hunger and drive to succeed, win new business and working towards clear targets will prove valuable. You will form part of a close knit team, so the ability to learn from those around you is also key. Experience of working in a field sales role within the construction market selling into builders merchants or end users such as local authorities and housing associations, contractors would be of interest.
