GLOBAL LEADING SUPPLIER OF TECHNICAL BUILDING PRODUCTS TO DISTRIBUTORS AND INSTALLORS

PACKAGE: On offer is a salary of up to £50,000 plus up to 20% bonus, company car, mobile phone, laptop and 25 days plus bank holidays

EMPLOYER: A leader in their market with a global presence and an excellent reputation for customer support and staff training.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Key Account Manager - This is a hybrid role looking after specialist distributors on a South East patch including ironmongery and glass companies and aluminium fabricators but also handling roughly 10 key installor accounts nationally. You will have to manage your time sensibly to ensure your patch is sufficiently covered while paying close attention to your key installor accounts. The company specialise in a range of technical building products and offer an excellent training scheme. These are high quality and not commodity so need to be sold of features, benefits and after service support.

LOCATION: Field based covering North London, West London, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Hampshire, Wiltshire

CANDIDATE: You will already be working in a field sales role within the construction sector either targeting specialist distributors or installors. Ideally you will come from a technical construction background but it is more important that you are experienced selling on features and benefits and not price. Furthermore, you will be hungry to progress with a global brand that can offer a genuine move into management within a short space of time for the right person. Enthusiasm and self motivation along with a great work ethic are key attributes for this client and someone who can highlight their sales achievements while working in a strategic field based sales position.
