PACKAGE: On offer is basic salary of up to £26K, plus a competitive bonus as well as 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.

EMPLOYER: Our client are an established and reputable independent merchant specialising in a range of heating and bathroom products.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Internal Sales Administrator: This person will work within the internal sales team at the contracts office, supporting the estimating team, external sales team and specification team. This role will involve overseeing and processing project orders, as well as following up on quotations, prioritising potential sales and growing the order book. You will also be tasked with customer retention through regular contact ensuring their needs are met in a professional and efficient manner. Although the position is office based, joint customer visits to discuss service requirements and pre-order checks are required from time to time.

LOCATION: Internally based in North London so applicants could live within easy commute of Tottenham, Enfield, Edmonton, Potters Bart or surrounding locations

CANDIDATE: We are seeking a lively, professional internal sales administrator ideally from the heating, plumbing or bathroom sectors however candidates from other backgrounds will still be considered. Other key attributes include proven customer service, excellent communication skills and the ability to be accurate as well as being a team player.
