Initial Action
The first reaction to a new vacancy is a "group brainstorm. This will identify the correct consultant to handle the vacancy based on relevant product or market sector knowledge. To assist him the consultant will use our extensive database, network sources or even a head hunt, if required.

Widening the brief
If the above activity fails to produce suitable candidates, a relaxation to the brief may be sought. Typical examples may be to look for a different product background or customer relationship, even looking outside the building industry.
