Benchmarking
We also use our own specially developed benchmarking criteria (available on request), which enable us to compare candidates to each other.

We further interview a candidate to confirm their genuine interest
in the vacancy and the reasons for their enthusiasm.

Then we discuss with you the merits of each candidate, and organise
your interviews with them. We will also monitor the process, including
