Specialist Team

Working Brief
This will mean a visit to the client. After detailed discussions, a brief will emerge which will accurately reflect the Key Duties; the Personality Profile; the Scope of the Position; plus the Remuneration Package. This initial working brief allows the research team to identify potential candidates or companies.

Assessment Process
This process encapsulates many elements
ranging from detailed interviews, through informal references to business scenarios and role-play in order to develop a total understanding of the candidate’s capability.

Benchmarking
A comprehensive report will be presented to the client. By using a standardised method of assessment all candidates can be compared easily to each other.

Client Contact
Regular briefing and debriefing meetings are conducted throughout the process to an agreed timetable.
